Note
A regular -s plural, and it belongs only to the countable meanings of quotation: the repeated passage and the quoted price. The uncountable meanings (the act of quoting, the act of setting a price) take no plural, so accurate quotations always means the passages or figures themselves, never the activity. An older meaning, a quota or share, also had this plural but is now obsolete.
