wellbeing
Saywel-BEE-ing/wɛlˈbiː.ɪŋ/
- 1Alternative form of well-being.
The company introduced several programs to support employee wellbeing.
Regular exercise contributes to both physical and mental wellbeing.
Note
Here the hyphen of well-being has closed up, and nothing else changes: both spellings name the same state of health, happiness or prosperity, so the choice is one of house style. Pick one and keep it throughout a text. Like its hyphenated twin, it is usually uncountable (support employee wellbeing, not a wellbeing). The plural wellbeings exists, but it is the exception.
