blogged
USBLAWGD/blɔɡd/UKBLOGD/blɒɡd/
- 1Simple past and past participle of blog.
He blogged daily throughout the entire election campaign.
Critics have blogged extensively about the film's ambiguous ending.
Note
One spelling covers two jobs: the simple past (she blogged daily) and the participle after have or had (she had blogged for years). The final g doubles, as in jogged. The verb works with or without an object: you can blog about a trial or blog the trial itself. In British slang the same verb is a variant of blag, so something blogged there was stolen, not posted online.
